Members are encouraged to participate in management development programmes. Members as decision-makers of their organisations are encouraged to question the usual management models and ways of thinking, to widen their perspectives and to understand their own challenges and capabilities.

The Oxford Association of Management will promote in collaboration with educational establishments seminar based management programmes for the members. The seminars are normally facilitated by speakers drawn from prestigious universities.
